About the studio

We offer a regular schedule of live yoga classes at our studio. Our Hatha and Hatha Flow Yoga classes are multi-level and open to locals and visitors of all age groups, body types, and experience levels.

All yoga teachers teaching at our studio are certified by Yoga By The Sea. We are a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, a Continuing Education Provider, and Arielle is a E-RYT 500 Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher.
